Campaign Management & Strategy
- Develop, implement, and optimize all paid search, shopping, display, and remarketing campaigns across search and social platforms
- Create and execute comprehensive keyword research, ad copies, audience targeting, and competitive analysis
- End-to-end management of all paid campaigns assigned
- Validate and test landing page experience and forms with developers & designers to focus on micro and macro conversions in line with digital strategy
- Work collaboratively across all relevant teams to deliver effective paid campaigns cohesively
- Design and implement effective conversion tracking and measurement frameworks
- Manage campaign budgets and bid strategies to maximize performance efficiency
Performance Optimization & Analysis
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing of ad copy, creative assets, landing pages, and targeting parameters
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunities and growth trends
- Monitor and adjust campaigns based on real-time performance metrics and market conditions
- Track & analyze the performance of campaigns daily/regularly
- Ensure budgets are on track – hitting scheduled goals without exceeding the set amounts
- Daily, weekly & monthly account management duties
Client Management & Reporting
- Serve as a primary point of contact within Production for assigned accounts
- Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Translate complex data into clear, business-focused narratives for stakeholders
- Generating reports and updates for clients as required
- Developing new strategies to help our clients achieve their growth aims
- Bring a strategic approach to data analytics and the wider business and be able to use data to tell a story to a non-technical audience
Collaboration & Innovation
- Partner with design and development teams to optimize landing page experiences and conversion funnels
- Stay informed about platform updates, new advertising features, and industry trends
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices documentation
- Proactively support new business pitches and strategic planning initiatives
Technical & Administrative
- Maintain platform certifications and stay current with advertising technologies
- Ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, iOS 14.5+, etc.) and platform policies
- Manage campaign calendars, creative workflows, and project timelines
- Document processes and maintain organized account structures
- Ensuring all advertising certifications are up to date

We're seeking a results-driven Paid Media (Pay-Per-Click) Specialist to join our growing team. You'll manage campaigns across search and social platforms for international and local clients, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver exceptional results.
This role requires a blend of analytical expertise, creative problem-solving skills, and effective client relationship management. You'll work across the whole campaign lifecycle—from strategy development and implementation to optimization and reporting—while staying current with platform updates and industry best practices.

Experience & Skills
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Google Screened, etc.)
- Proven track record of managing monthly ad spend of at least $20k+ with demonstrated ROI improvements, specifically generating actual qualified leads for sales conversion
- Experience with search and social media platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights
Technical Competencies
- Advanced proficiency with tracking and analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Looker Studio, Conversion tracking platforms, etc.)
- Experience with bid management platforms and automation tools
- Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with landing page optimization and basic HTML/UTM parameters
- Technically proficient in determining causes of errors and presenting actionable fixes
Soft Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong campaign/project management and organizational abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with adaptability to platform changes
- Client-focused approach with experience in account management
Required & Preferred Qualifications
- Updated Google Ads certifications is required
- Experience in real estate paid advertising is required, with experience in US and North America markets highly preferred
- Experience with listing platforms and targeted lead generation campaigns
- Knowledge of marketing automations and CRM integrations
- Experience in IDX listings is preferred
- Understanding of SEO principles and how they relate to paid search
- Experience with creative testing and optimization
- Previous agency experience or client services background preferable
