Job Description
The Human Resources Staff will be responsible for the following duties:
- Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Providing clerical and administrative support
- Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources or any related field;
- Relevant experience in Human Resources is an advantage;
- Proficient in MS Office & Google Suite;
- Excellent organization skills;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Fresh graduates
