Senior User Lifecycle Manager  

• Responsible for User Life journey management and everyday promotion design, tracking and result analysis,
• User life journey analysis covers such a journey: KYC 950 approved - Cash In & Out (Offline/Online and different source of funds) - 1st P2P Transaction - P2P to multiple recipients - Churn - Resurrect, the life journey manager will monitor and think about how to optimize conversion at each stage
• Being involved, in coordination with the Marketing Team, in the above life journey for both app user and FB messenger users,
• Segment our different type of users and work with user research team to generate actionable user insights for other team members,
• Being involved in monthly promo designs and its post-mortem analysis, propose solution to improve promo efficiency and drive down per MAU promo cost.

• BA/BS degree required;
• Minimum 8 years of Experience in a similar position preferably in the large established firm, digital related business, or eCommerce;
• Customer-focused mindset;
• MS Office advanced skills (mandatory);
• Proficiency in Project Management software tools;
• Experience with project development lifecycles;
• Strong people management skills;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication/presentation skills;
• Experience performing product management functions, user experience design, information architecture and/or quality assurance is a plus;
• Experienced with high growth and highly demanding, deadline driven environments;
• Exceptional business acumen with a high degree of integrity and ethics
