- Menganalisis dan memastikan calon debitur sesuai dengan target pasar dan layak untuk diproses lebih lanjut.
- Menyusun Proposal Kredit secara komprehensif.
- Memproses aplikasi kredit sesuai dengan ketentuan dan SLA yang berlaku.
- Mengelola debitur eksisting dan mengembangkan referensi bisnis dari debitur tersebut.
- Mengevaluasi kondisi kualitas debitur (portofolio kredit, bisnis, dan agunan), termasuk memantau tunggakan yang jatuh tempo.
- Melakukan penagihan untuk angsuran kredit.
- Menyusun dan menjalankan rencana tindak lanjut (Follow-Up Plan) bagi debitur bermasalah.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1 (Sarjana) dari semua jurusan.
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang pemasaran perbankan segmen SME.
- Memiliki jaringan (network) yang luas.
- Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
- Memiliki inisiatif tinggi, daya analisis yang kuat, persuasif, dan tangguh (target-driven).
