We're a software engineering and IT consultancy delivering enterprise-grade software projects — from build automation and DevOps tooling to full software development lifecycles, technical documentation, and quality assurance. We work as a trusted delivery partner on complex, high-stakes engineering projects, and we build and manage distributed teams of skilled offshore contractors to do it. We're a small, senior team by design — we'd rather work with fewer, excellent people than manage a large, junior one. Our engagements are remote-first and genuinely async: we keep live meetings to a minimum, document decisions properly, and trust people to own their work end-to-end rather than micromanage. If you're the kind of engineer who reads a spec carefully, tests your own work rigorously (including treating AI-generated code as unproven until verified, not trusted by default), and communicates clearly without needing to be chased — you'll fit in well here. We're building for the long term, not just filling seats project by project. Compensation is set individually based on what you bring, and we aim to grow both pay and support for our team as we grow as a company.
