About the Role

We're looking for a Creative Associate—someone with a good eye for visuals and the drive to bring ideas to life.
You don’t need to be an expert, but you do need to care about making things look and feel right.

This role blends design, content creation, and editing: from crafting ad creatives, shooting simple photo/video content, to editing and polishing assets for social media.

We’re not looking for perfection.
We’re looking for someone thoughtful, adaptable, and ready to grow creatively alongside our team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Create ad creatives (static, video, simple layouts) that support advertisers’ strategies
• Shoot content for clients who need materials for their social media (photo & short videos)
• Edit videos for ads and organic content (short-form, reels, TikTok, etc.)
• Design graphics & layouts with a clean, engaging style
• Collaborate with advertisers and PM to ensure creatives match campaign direction
• Stay aware of content trends and best practices in digital ads & social media

Work Culture

• Monday–Friday WFO, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Saturdays are WFH, light work/stand by only until 2:00 PM

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in creative/content creation (agency/freelance welcome)
• Skilled in photo/video editing and basic design tools (Adobe, Canva, CapCut, or similar)
• Good visual taste, able to translate ideas into appealing content
• Comfortable with hands-on work: shooting, editing, experimenting
• Adaptable, willing to learn, and open to feedback
• Responsible, self-aware, and motivated to grow
• Bonus: experience with ads creative (Meta/TikTok/Google)
