Job Description
The Digital Marketing Assistant’s main responsibility is to support the Marketing Team in managing the company’s digital marketing campaigns which include SEM/PPC, SEO, Email, and Social Media.
Responsibilities:
- Perform market research and gather data about consumers and competitors to identify new opportunities
- Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. websites, blogs, press releases, and various multimedia assets)
- Execute tests, collect, and analyze data to identify trends to regularly provide insightful and actionable data in order to achieve maximum ROI across all digital channels
- Optimize and make necessary adjustments on web copies and landing pages
- Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness
- Identify problems and deficiencies and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Meet KPI standards of the assigned line of business and projects
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business/Entrepreneurship, Management, or other similar courses
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite Applications
- Understands basic marketing concepts like target market, unique selling proposition, brand positioning, other relevant topics
- Technologically savvy and up-to-date with current social and business trends
- Knowledge in digital marketing is a plus
- Knowledge in basic programming language and CMS (HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Wordpress) is a plus
- Works with minimal supervision
- Collaborative but self-starter
- Fast learner with keen attention to details
- Highly organized and can handle pressure to deliver results and meet deadlines
- Possess a forward thinking positive and “can do” attitude
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
