Job Description

The Product Manager will be responsible for developing and enhancing our newest digital platform Archify, which is designed to showcase the diversity of products & technologies within the building and construction industry. Covering a wide portfolio of projects, it aims to support design professionals to understand which products are the best fit for their projects.

This role is responsible for conceptualizing and implementing key business development initiatives and programs, and maintain relationships with Archify’s clients to understand their business requirements. He/she shall focus on strategizing, planning, and developing the product, and implementing programs and events to promote the product.

  • Work with the General Manager to achieve the target revenue of Archify sales for the Philippines, and oversee the day-to-day activities of the team
  • Create and implement business plans, in collaboration with Management, to ensure budgets and growth targets are achieved
  • Hands-on business development by soliciting accounts and revenue growth for the Philippines and identifying new business opportunities for the product by searching for prospects, and qualifying them through consultation
  • Maintain business relationships with existing clients and keeping a high degree of customer satisfaction with the platform
  • Actively manage client profiles, brand and product specifications, as well as project listings
  • Provide direction to the team by ensuring concerns escalated are resolved in a timely manner
  • Ensure that the team is trained, inducted and managed to high levels of performance required; also oversees the training of new staff
  • Develop and advance the functionality and reach of the Archify platform
  • Plan, implement, and drive key programs to market and promote the product by working with internal and external partners for implementation

Minimum Qualifications

  • College graduate of a business course
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in product marketing or business development experience for digital platforms and other tech companies is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical and detailed, comfortable with numbers
  • Agile learner; a person who has a lot of interest for Architecture, Interior design and the Building & construction industry would be ideal for this role
  • Self-starter that strives for results
  • Thinks ahead and makes fact-based decisions
