Sr. Research Analyst  

Data Analysis, Reports, and Custom Research

• Identification of data sources for reports (database, government data, surveys/interviews, etc.)
• Data mining, importing, cleaning, validating, modelling (including using statistics software), and analysis
• Generation of regular and ad-hoc reports
• Including all processes involved such as data generation, proposal writing, analysis, reporting and presentation
• Develop requirements of specifications for reports
• Ensure consistent quality, timely delivery, and compliance to methodology and specifications of reports for clients
• Effectively coordinate, oversee, and manage commissioned research projects through to completion
• Develop new regular reports and expand the uses & capabilities of stored material
• Continuously identify and assist in improving processes
• Provide feedback on database performance

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably with Economics and/or Statistics orientation
• Demonstrated experience in Market Research particularly in the Business-to-Business sector (Minimum 4 years)
• Professional communication in English (written & oral)
• Previous success in a target-driven environment
• Computer knowledge – Internet search engines, database experience, Windows Applications, Statistics software and Microsoft Office
• Industrial knowledge/ experience within the construction or property industries is an advantage
