- Menentukan dan mengembangkan target sales
- Membuat dan memeriksa proses kerja yang dijalankan di cabang sesuai SK, policy, dan panduan yang telah ditetapkan di cabang sehingga proses kerja dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien
- Monitoring cost insentif marketing agar sesuai dengan budget
- Mengusulkan dan membuat desain proses yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan agar dapat diimplementasikan dengan baik sehingga mendukung pencapaian booking cabang melalui project based monitoring
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan
- Memiliki min. 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai Sales / Marketing untuk produk mortgage atau properti, KPR, dsb.
- Menguasai ms. Excel dan Powerpoint
- Kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik
- Mampu menganalisa permasalahan yang ada secara tepat dan tepat
