- Mengembangkan jaringan dengan cara merekrut Agent/Freelancer yang dapat membantu dalam memasarkan produk BFI.
- Membina dan membantu Agent untuk mengembangkan strategi, guna meningkatkan kontribusi, produktivitas, dan loyalitas Agent.
- Menjaga hubungan kerja yang baik dengan para Agent, sehingga dapat meningkatkan loyalitas Agent yang sudah di rekrut.
- Melaksanakan rencana kerja yang telah ditetapkan dan membuat laporan progres serta hasil pelaksanaan aktivitas harian.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal D3 dari semua jurusan
- Usia maksimal 30 tahun
- Good Communication
- Menyukai pekerjaan dengan target
- Memiliki komitmen integritas yang baik
- Memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan SIM C aktif
- Sudah Vaksin minimal dosis 2
