- Melakukan pemantauan dan penilaian kualitas layanan pelanggan secara rutin, baik melalui panggilan suara (voice) maupun non-suara (seperti email, live chat, dan media sosial) sesuai standar perusahaan
- Melalukan evaluasi dari hasil review recording
- Membuat reporting dan analisa hasil sesuai standar kualitas pelayanan
- Memberikan feedback yang konstruktif dan memotivasi kepada agen
- Membantu agen memahami area pengembangan mereka dan menyusun rencana tindakan untuk mencapai target kualitas
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1 dari semua jurusan
- Pengalaman internship atau bekerja di bagian customer service, call center atau posisi lain yang terkait lebih diutamakan. Lulusan baru (fresh graduate) dengan minat kuat pada kualitas layanan dipersilakan melamar
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
- Memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik
- Mahir menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Office, terutama Excel
- Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun berkolaborasi dengan tim
