Memasarkan produk pembiayaan dengan mencari calon konsumen yang membutuhkan pembiayaan, dengan jaminan BPKB kendaraan. Pemasaran dapat dilakukan dengan merekrut Business Agent (BA) atau mediator.
Membina dan membantu BA untuk mengembangkan strategi BA, guna meningkatkan kontribusi, produktivitas, dan loyalitas BA
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal Diploma semua jurusan, SMA dipertimbangkan dengan pengalaman min 1 tahun;
- Memiliki komunikasi yg baik;
- Memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan SIM A/C aktif;
- Menyukai bekerja di lapangan.
