- Fokus pada penjualan dan pengembangan produk Refinancing Mortgage
- Mengelola, menganalisa, serta menjalankan strategi penjualan untuk mencapai target bisnis
- Menjalankan strategy Direct Selling
- Membangun relasi dan jaringan dengan pihak eksternal (Agent) serta membantu Agent agar lebih produktif
- Menjaga hubungan baik kepada Debitur dan memastikan portofolio terjaga (after sales)
Minimum Qualifications
- Terbuka untuk fresh graduate dengan pendidikan terakhir S1 semua jurusan (IPK minimal 3.00)
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja sebagai Marketing minimal 1 tahun di bidang/industri yang sama
- Bersedia bekerja di lapangan dan berorientasi pada target
- Memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik
- Memiliki interpersonal skill yang baik untuk membangun hubungan dengan Debitur dan Agent
- Mampu mengendarai kendaraan, memiliki kendaraan pribadi serta SIM A/C
