- Memfasilitasi, membimbing, dan membina tim pengembangan (engineer) dalam penerapan prinsip Agile-Scrum, meningkatkan kolaborasi, produktivitas, dan kualitas hasil kerja.
- Mengawasi alur kerja tim untuk meningkatkan efisiensi serta kualitas deliverable, sekaligus mengidentifikasi bottleneck dalam proses dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan berkelanjutan untuk mendorong optimalisasi kinerja tim.
- Menjadi penghubung antara Product Owner, tim developer, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya.
- Memantau indikator kinerja tim, termasuk velocity, burn-down chart, dan sprint completion rate, serta menyediakan insight berbasis data untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan oleh tim, stakeholder, dan manajemen secara efektif.
Minimum Qualifications
- Has 5 years of working experience in the same field
- Experienced in implementing projects using the Scrum method
- Have in-depth knowledge of Scrum / Agile Software Development
- Good ability to analyze problems, collect data and facts and make decisions quickly.
- Have knowledge about product development
- Good communication skills, oral / written, to stakeholders and team
- Plus : PSM 1 / CSM 1 certification
- Plus value: ability to operate JIRA & Confluance
