- Mengelola dan menjalankan project pengembangan sistem di Divisi Asset Management, khususnya untuk mendukung proses Collection.
- Mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis kebutuhan operasional Head Office dan Cabang, kemudian menerjemahkannya menjadi System Requirement Document (SRD).
- Berkoordinasi dengan Internal IT dan Vendor dalam proses development hingga implementasi sistem sesuai timeline.
- Melakukan UAT, testing, dan monitoring sistem sebelum dan setelah implementasi untuk memastikan sistem berjalan optimal.
- Membuat User Manual/Guidance untuk mendukung penggunaan sistem oleh End User.
- Melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi sistem serta mengidentifikasi peluang system improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimal S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Ilmu Komputer, atau jurusan terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman min. 2-4 tahun di bidang System Development, Business Analyst, System Analyst, atau IT Project Management.
- Memahami dasar SQL & Database.
- Memahami Web Application dan Mobile Application.
- Memahami dasar Project Management.
- Memiliki kemampuan analisis, problem solving, komunikasi, dan koordinasi yang baik.
- Teliti, proaktif, dan mampu bekerja dengan target serta berbagai stakeholder.
