Currently, our technology team will expand and get bigger to create an impact for our technology education in Indonesia and currently we’re looking for an Academic Quality Lead!
Job Description:
- Lead & manage a team of instructional designers & content writers to develop learning programs tailored for each clients specific needs
- Improve current business process to ensure optimal outcome from the team
- Ensure the learning experience quality of produced learning programs
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in corporate training or training providers institution
- Exquisite people management skill, used to managing several stakeholders at once
- Experienced in leading & managing small-medium sized teams
- Experience or familiarity to tech-related industry and competencies will be a plus point
- Psychology, communication, or management-related educational background is preferred
