Job Description
- Maintaining the office by ensuring office working systems are all operating properly and dealing with issues as they arise in a timely manner;
- Taking care of facility management and maintenance,
- Procurement and inventory control
- Looking for vendor and maintain good relationship
- Handling IT matters (network, PC, Printer, CCTV, etc)
- Keeping records of office assets (workstation labels, desktops/laptops labels, etc.)
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor degree from Information Technology or equivalent
- Having min. 2 year experience as a General affair staff or IT Support
- Having experience in handling network, PC troubleshoot, Printer, CCTV, etc
- Detailed person, good communication
- Ability to work under pressure, and deadlines
