Marketing Associate (Operations)  

About the Role

Marketing Associate operates within Bizzy Distribution’s Marketing Team, and the team is responsible for the branding and marketing of Bizzy Distribution’s customer-facing digital platforms to drive user acquisition. Internally, the team is also responsible for the education and engagement of the ongoing digital transformation in-process. Combining both marketing expertise and strong ground knowledge of the distribution business and our customers, the marketing associate will translate strategy into execution. The position is full-time and based in Bizzy Distribution’s office in BSD, Tangerang with occasional business travel if needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns / activities to drive brand awareness and acquire new users, and educate and engage internally, for Bizzy Distribution’s digital platforms
• Monitor, evaluate, and generate recommendations to improve performances of marketing campaigns and engagement activities.
• Manage and grow digital platforms’ social media presence on existing and new social media platforms.
• Prepare creative briefs and assist in the development of marketing communications and creative assets.
• Manage, track, and optimize marketing budget spending.
• Monitor and report on competitors’ movement, including promotions, branding, media placement, and offline activities.

• Bachelor’s degree preferably with a focus on Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Familiar with marketing-mix and able to leverage above-the-line and below-the-line communications for brand activation.
• Results-oriented and possesses a data-driven decision-making process.
• Resourceful in accomplishing tasks and able to identify great marketing / design creative.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and good in written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Has driven customer growth and engagement in large consumer internet companies in a product or marketing function.
