Social Media Specialist  

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Create engaging photo/video content, including Reels and TikTok-style short videos.
• Write compelling captions, copy, and storytelling aligned with the brand voice.
• Monitor daily social media activity, respond to comments/messages, and manage online interactions.
• Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and optimize content based on insights.
• Stay updated on trends, competitors, and F&B-related social media movements.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and design teams for campaign execution and event coverage.
• Support influencer/KOL collaborations and basic community engagement.
• Ensure brand consistency across all social channels.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing; F&B experience is more considered.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms.
• Skilled in content creation (photo/video), basic editing, and using tools like Canva/CapCut.
• Good copywriting, creativity, and understanding of current social media trends.
• Ability to analyze insights and optimize content for reach, engagement, and growth.
• Strong communication, time management, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours for events or content needs.
