Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Fixture Management
- Logistics & Coordination
- Store Maintenance and Repair
Job Description:
- Monitor and manage inventory of store fixtures stored in the warehouse.
- Coordinate fixture dispatches to stores
- Inspect fixtures for damage or wear before and after deployment.
- Coordinate with logistics providers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of fixtures and materials.
- Serve as the point person for coordinating store maintenance and minor repair needs.
- Log, monitor, and follow up on reported maintenance issues from store teams.
- Work with third-party contractors, vendors, or internal technicians to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a schedule and documentation of preventive maintenance activities.
- Assist the Store Development and Operations teams during store openings, closings, and renovation projects.
- Support fixture setup or removal onsite when required.
- Maintain a record of fixture usage history and condition for future planning

Minimum Qualifications
Experience:
-
Previous experience in retail, store development, or visual merchandising is often preferred, typically ranging from 1 to 3 years.

Experience in customer service can be an advantage
Skills:

Basic knowledge of retail marketing strategies and consumer behavior.
Creative Ability:
- A good eye for aesthetics, with a keen sense of color, balance, and design.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute creative displays effectively.
Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with team members and management.
- Ability to articulate ideas and concepts clearly.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
