- Create and execute structured test cases based on requirements
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing
- Conduct API testing and database validation
- Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps
- Assist in automation script development and CI/CD test execution
- Contribute to quality metrics reporting
- Collaborate with Developers and QA team during sprints and reviews
Minimum Qualifications
- 1–3 years of software testing experience (fresh graduate with internship experience are welcome)
- Understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies
- Experience in manual testing, API testing, and basic SQL
- Familiarity with Git and issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp)
- Experience with backend and have basic coding knowledge (C#, .NET, Java, or Python) is a plus
- Exposure to automation tools and CI/CD concepts is preferred
- Strong logical and analytical skills, good communication and attention to detail
