The Buddhist Tzu Chi Eye Center Philippines of the Buddhist Tzu Chi Medical Foundation Philippines, Inc. aims to provide eye patients with quality vision care, eye health education, and other health services to patients in the communities that it serves, regardless of socio-economic status, age, gender, race, and religious affiliation. We abide by the general mission statement of the Buddhist Compassion Relief Tzu Chi Foundation and participate in providing management, education, and research in the field of ophthalmology guided by our Founder, Dharma Master Cheng Yen's principle of love, compassion, and humility.  The Buddhist Tzu Chi Eye Center Philippines further allows all patients who enter its fold to avail of the utmost humanitarian eye care through the latest procedures with state-of-the-art equipment and medication. The aim is to bring together competent local and international healthcare providers, lay persons, and community volunteers to provide holistic eye health and care for anyone and everyone.
