CAGR Investments is a Seattle-based firm building Bettermill, an autonomous venture studio. Each venture we launch is a software business run by AI agents rather than a large team, and our engineers build the systems that operate them. Bettermill is built and operated entirely from the Philippines. All roles are remote and compensation is paid in US dollars, with full benefits for full-time team members including HMO coverage, 13th month pay, and a remote work allowance.
