Job Description
- Creating the application configuration as needed business processes
- To install / upgrade / update client applications in both the server and the internal server
- Create / modify the application and report documents according to client needs
- Create and develop training materials the client
- Provide support to the potential conditions arising after implementation
- Create maintain business process documents, project documents, and the documents to be clear and effective training
- Solve the problems that are still related to the tasks performed
- Maintaining good relationships with clients, superiors directly or indirectly and colleagues to uphold the ethnics of professionalism
- Maintaining the confidentiality of client data
Minimum Qualifications
- Having min. 1 years experience or fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Having knowledge in SQL, VB.net, ASP.net, Crystal Report
- Min. GPA 3.20 of 4.00
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
