Carisle Media is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team. The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, as well as driving sales of our company’s products or services.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with expertise in account management, client acquisition, and revenue generation. They will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as nurturing existing client relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
Additionally, the Sales Account Executive should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to understand and address client needs effectively. They will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of products or services to clients.

In this role, you will:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement.
- Understand client needs and objectives to identify sales opportunities and provide solutions.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking activities.
Sales Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to assess progress towards targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, opportunities, and outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of products or services to clients.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address client needs and concerns.
Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications
- 1-2 Years of Sales Experience: Must have a proven history of success in sales, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Client Relationship Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their long-term satisfaction.
- Business Growth: Skills in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, using effective networking and prospecting methods.
