- Merespon pesan, DM, dan komentar dari calon murid terkait kelas dan pendaftaran Cetta Japanese melalui WhatsApp, Instagram, dan TikTok
- Menyampaikan informasi terkait kelas, biaya, alur pendaftaran, dan placement test dengan jelas
- Melakukan pencatatan data serta follow-up kepada calon murid
- Memantau pendaftaran yang masuk melalui Google Form secara berkala
- Mendukung tim dalam mencapai target yang telah ditentukan
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal D3 semua jurusan
- Memahami penggunaan tools Whatsapp
- Mampu mengoperasikan Google Workspace (Docs, Spreadsheet, Drive, Form) dengan baik
- Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi yang fun dan tertata dengan baik
- Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun berkelompok
- Memiliki ketelitian yang baik
- Berkemampuan mengoperasikan komputer dengan baik
- Siap bekerja dengan tanggung jawab penuh
