- Handle tax calculations and management across company transactions, including invoices and payments
- Run PPh 21/23 calculations and reconciliations for employees and tutors each period
- Manage withholding tax documents from collection and verification through to filing
- Record and journal tax transactions into the ERP system accurately and on time
- Prepare supporting data and documentation for company tax reporting needs
- Assist in drafting the company's fiscal financial reports, including asset recaps, balance sheets, and general ledgers
- Monitor and ensure tax compliance in line with applicable regulations
- Coordinate with internal teams (finance, payroll, and operations) on tax data requirements
- Support the implementation and development of the tax module within the ERP system
- Conduct simple tax analyses to support planning and efficiency
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting or tax
- Solid understanding of Indonesian tax fundamentals (PPh 21, PPh 23, and VAT)
- Familiar with accounting journals and financial statements
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, lookups, and basic logic)
- Hands-on experience handling payroll tax
- Brevet A & B certification is a plus
- Familiarity with Coretax, DJP Online, e-Faktur, or any ERP system is a plus
