Job Description

  1. Always researching, bringing forward, and implementing new findings and learnings on UI/UX design
  2. Work closely with Digital Channel Product Manager to turn new broad ideas and user requirements into something useful and valuable for users
  3. Design flows and experiences that are easy-to-use and personalized to users
  4. Responsible for the overall look and feel of the CIMB Bank PH mobile app, together with the help of Digital Channels team
  5. Create mockups, user flows, wireframes and prototypes to communicate design ideas
  6. Run user testing workshops and guerrilla testing
  7. Develop UI guidebook / standard for CIMB Bank PH app

Minimum Qualifications

  • Technical higher education background: BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field
  • Minimum of at least 3 years experience as UI/UX Designer
  • Experience in UI/UX research and content writing are preferable
  • Strong design skills across iOS, Android, and web platforms
  • Ability to think at a high level about product design strategy
  • Good communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions
  • Broad knowledge of design tools
  • Strong, clean visual design sense
  • Strong skills in typography and grids
  • Must have a portfolio featuring examples of product design work
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
