Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, organize, and file tax-related documents and records.
- Assist in processing government compliance requirements and tax submissions.
- Coordinate with government agencies regarding tax matters and documentation.
- Monitor deadlines for tax filings, permits, and renewals.
- Maintain accurate records of receipts, invoices, and financial documents.
- Support the accounting and finance team with administrative tasks.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive financial information.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or any related course.
- Knowledgeable in taxation processes and government compliance is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
