Job Description
- Receive and process (AP invoices for payment and update invoice, sales orders and quotations, production/purchasing receipts) and export documentation details accordingly
- Processing export sales invoices
- Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs
- Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods
- Perform related tasks data audits to ensure data integrity
- Manage and organize records and files electronically
- Prepare relevant reports as needed
- Provide general data entry support across many teams on an ad-hoc
- Support leaders and managers with data audits and data reporting
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-4 years’ data entry experience - preferrably in a shipping/logistics environment
- Experience managing data for financial transactions e.g., invoices
- Excellent written communication skills
- Has a flexible mindset and can make adjustments to achieve the right outcome
- Good problem solving skills
- Works fast and communicates promptly
