The Digital Marketing Assistant act as a primary support function for the Marketing Team, with responsibilities spanning multiple areas of marketing execution and learning
Content & Social Media Support
Assist in the planning, scheduling and execution of organic content and paid advertising campaigns across diverse social media platforms. Must requires eagerness to learn and develop proficiencies in digital marketing strategies.
Administrative & Reporting Duties
Manage essential administrative functions, including the processing of necessary regulatory documents (e.g., DTI requirements), meticulous management of marketing expense reports, and the compilation of performance data for comprehensive campaign analysis.
Campaign & Creative Assistance
Provide essential support for photoshoots and video production, which includes coordinating logistical requirements, organizing product samples, and actively assisting the creative team. Contributes to the brainstorming and strategic planning for future marketing campaigns, as well as creative writing for social media captions, ad copies and other collaterals.
General Marketing Support
Serve as a flexible and reliable resource to assist with all ad-hoc marketing activities, event, coordination, and special projects as directed by the marketing Team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, communications or equivalent
- Communication & Adaptability: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, highly adaptable, resourceful demeanor and a strong willingness to learn on the job.
- Aesthetic & industry Fit: A genuine interest in and always updated with current fashion trends, aesthetics and brand identity.
- Digital Acumen: Proven ability to effectively navigate and utilize social media platforms
- Organizational & Strategic Focus: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to efficiently manage administrative tasks and reports. Must possess strong analytical skills to synthesize information, connect various campaign elements, and maintain a clear focus on the bigger picture.
- Familiarity in Design Tools: Basic working knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Capcut and other editing apps) for quick content creation.
- Content Strategy: A proactive approach to content creation, including identifying emerging social trends and suggesting relevant content ideas.
- Digital Metrics: Foundational understanding of basic web analytics and social media performance metrics.
- Prior Experience: Completion of a marketing or communications internship, especially within the retail, fashion, or, e-commerce sector.
- Advertising Exposure: Previous exposure to or assistance with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager)
