- Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects in the telecommunication domain (e.g., network systems, OSS/BSS, cloud, cybersecurity, digital platforms)
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and telecom partners
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with telecom regulations, security standards, and company policies
- Control project budget, resources, and quality standards
- Lead project meetings, presentations, and stakeholder communications in English
- Ensure smooth handover of completed projects to operations teams
- Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
- Proven experience in the telecommunication industry (mobile networks, ISP, data centers, OSS/BSS, or telecom infrastructure)
- Experience managing large-scale or multi-stakeholder IT projects
- Familiar with OSS/BSS, cloud platforms, network modernization, or digital services
- Proficient in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, Trello, etc.)
- Knowledge of SDLC and IT service management (ITIL is a plus)
