Job Description
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements for insurance applications.
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support requirements across insurance domains such as policy administration, claims, underwriting, billing, reinsurance, and CRM.
- Conduct impact analysis for system changes and regulatory updates.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Hands-on experience with insurance business processes (P&C, Life, Health, or Reinsurance).
- Experience working on IT system implementations, upgrades, or integrations.
- Have a good knowledge and experience in basic SQL
- English proficient (speaking & writing)
