- Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects involving core insurance systems (policy, claims, billing)
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture approaches
- Define technical scope, milestones, and dependencies
- Work closely with solution architects to design scalable and secure systems
- Review architecture diagrams, APIs, and integration patterns
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Project Lead, or similar role.
- Strong experience in data platform projects, preferably Cloud Data Lakehouse or Data Warehouse initiatives.
- Experience working with external vendors and system integrators

The candidate must have hands-on implementation and project experience in the following areas:
- Batch and delta ingestion concepts (CDC, incremental load).
- Integration from multiple source systems (RDBMS, legacy systems, SaaS).
- Understanding ingestion orchestration and scheduling.
- Data transformation and aggregation logic.
- Understanding of derived tables, data modeling, and performance considerations.
- Familiarity with analytical datasets, metrics, and KPI construction.
- Ability to translate business requirements into analytical data needs.
