Job Description
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Set clear team goals and deadlines for the researchers
- Oversee day-to-day operation
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics to San Francisco team
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
- Proactively come up with and implement improvements in existing processes
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
- Analytical mindset with in-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Strong PC skills, especially Google Suite tools, including sheets, docs, calendar, etc.
- Excellent communicator and self-starter with decision-making skills
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
