Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations
- Prepare and process:
- Books of Accounts
- Monthly Financial Statements
- Journals, Balance Sheet, Month-End Reports
- Government filings (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Sales Invoices & Payroll
- Ensure financial accuracy & compliance
- Prepare internal financial reports for management
- Handle year-end audit requirements and SEC filings
- Complete tasks on time and support business needs
Minimum Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Strong experience in general accounting
- Knowledge of Philippine branch office accounting
- Excellent time management & multi-tasking skills
- Proficient in industry-standard software
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
- Strong communication skills & integrity
