- Assist in audits by gathering necessary documentation, coordinating with internal and external auditors, and maintaining audit records.
- Communicate with customers to collect outstanding balances, resolve payment discrepancies, and support payment reconciliation and collections activities.
- Document customer interactions, payment agreements, and collection efforts accurately in the system.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on collections and account statuses.
- Support processing of employee liquidations and reimbursements by validating documentation and ensuring timely completion.
- Assist in tasks related to the FAST and STP Automation Project as needed.
- Handle the validation, booking, monitoring, and reconciliation of Certificate Withholding Tax (CWT) documents.
- Manage communication with business partners for BIR Form (2307) requests and assist in vouching and maintaining related tax documentation.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operational efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
- Finished 4-year Finance related program
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of audit processes, account management, and tax documentation is a plus
- Proficiency in using office software and data management systems
