Job Description
Tasks
- Accounts receivable maintenance
- Maintain credit limits of customers
- Coordinate with sales and service department issues concerning customer accounts
- Supervision of collectors' activities and performance
- Enhance customer satisfaction (internal & external customers)
- Support ISO/HQM quality policies
- Promote self-development and skills development
Criteria for success
- Updated and accurate customer balances
- Updated credit limit of customer
- No unresolved issues or questions and less errors concerning customer accounts
- Reduced customer outstanding accounts
- No valid complaints from customer regarding attitude and work performance
- Active participation in and integration of ISO/HQM principles
- Successful completion of training plan greed with superior
Level of authority
- Reconcile with customers; issue S/A and dunning letters
- Recommend credit limit subject to approval of Financial Controller
- Coordinate and follow-up to the resolution pending issues regarding customer account
- Plan, discuss and agree with collectors on collection strategies
- Attend to (or prefer to appropriate personnel) customers' inquiries; issues or needs promptly; maintain professionalism in dealing with customers
- Apply ISO/HQM principles at work
- Propose training needs
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Accounting or Finance or its equivalent
- Preferably, Female
- Minimum 5 years experience as a supervisor/assistant manager
- Knowledge in SAP a must
- Above average analytical skills
- Above average communication skills
- Good leadership skills
- Proactive and results oriented
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Customer Service interface an advantage
