Job Description
- Work closely with clients, end-users, and internal project teams, from pitch through to delivery, ensuring that quality UX is maintained throughout
- Working with target-oriented manner on supporting the sales team to reach the sales target
- Work alongside our art directors and web designers to help them understand and translate clients’ requirements, opportunities, and success criteria into successful design
- Work closely with internal teams to scope projects, with specific responsibility for creating a work plan for UX processes designed to deliver against the client’s needs
- Conduct Stakeholder Interviews, lead Workshop Strategy, lead Problem-Framing, conduct Research and Analysis, develop Problem Frameworks, present to Clients and Internal Teams, support the use of Frameworks by client or internal teams and develop Strategy Recommendations/Road Maps
- Initiatively identify Research Objectives and Approach, lead Development of Tools, oversee Research, lead Development of Documentation, Analysis and Recommendations
- Work closely with design to assist in refining processes and practices with regards to user research, design planning, and usability studies
- Participate in new business pitches and proposals
- Responsible to guide and ensure the more junior members in creative to help improve their skills and design results
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Candidate must possess at least Associate Degree
- Must have a showcase of impressive web design portfolio
- Must have a visual design skill with thorough understanding in User Experience
- Proficient in utilizing design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign
- Experience in creating wireframes and site maps
- Strong conceptualization ability and strong visual communication ability
- Strong knowledge in layouts, graphic fundamentals, brand development, typography, limitations of the web, and industry best practices
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Ability to communicate and work with team members to deliver the best quality of work
- Fluent to communicate in English will be preferable
- Willing to Work From Office at BSD
