- Assist the HR team with recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support employee and recruitment administration, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing monthly attendance reports.
- Provide support on General Affairs (GA) tasks as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
