- Monitor server, application, and data center infrastructure to ensure system availability and operational stability.
- Execute and monitor batch jobs, scheduled tasks, and service requests in accordance with established SOPs.
- Perform daily operations for core business applications, including End-of-Day (EOD), End-of-Month (EOM), and End-of-Year (EOY) batch processing.
- Monitor legacy applications, identify operational issues, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate incidents to the appropriate support teams.
- Execute application operational activities, including service restarts, patch deployment support, switch-over, and rollback procedures.
- Follow up on operational instructions from application owners to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Document daily operational activities, incidents, and problem reports, and provide accurate handover and operational reports.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in DevOps Engineer, IT Operations, Production Support, Application Support, Infrastructure Support
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD
- Familiarity with monitoring tools Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
- Experience with application monitoring, batch processing, and incident management in a production environment is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to follow operational procedures and escalation processes.
- Willing to work Work From Office (WFO).
- Willing to work in 24/7 rotating shifts (3-shift schedule).
