Job Description
- Building strong visual communication to convey our marketing message effectively to our target customer
- Create clear, concise and attractive design materials to be improve our Dekoruma Experience Center (Offline) customer journey
- Develop new and innovative design concepts to address dynamic changes in both our online and offline marketing channels
Minimum Qualifications
We have a small, tightly knit design team, and are looking for candidates who are self-motivated and able to work both independently and in collaboration with a team.The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Effectively communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale through images, typography and the layout of printed pages
- Juggle multiple projects while effectively managing timelines, expectations and attention to details
- Desire to learn, user-cantered design principles and interaction design patterns
- Able to take initiative and work independently or in a team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as our product, marketing, content teams to produce elegant design solutions
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma.
