- Memeriksa dan memastikan kelengkapan dokumen pembayaran seperti invoice dan pajak.
- Mencatat transaksi keuangan harian dan melakukan pengecekan data agar sesuai dengan laporan.
- Membantu proses tutup buku bulanan dan menyiapkan laporan keuangan.
- Mengelola dokumen keuangan dan arsip pembayaran dengan rapi.
- Menyiapkan dokumen pendukung untuk kebutuhan audit.
- Mengatur dan mencatat penggunaan kas kecil serta uang muka karyawan.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal D3/D4/S1 Akuntansi, Keuangan, atau jurusan terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman 1-2 tahun di bidang Account Payable atau posisi serupa (fresh graduate dengan pengalaman magang dipersilakan melamar).
- Terampil menggunakan Microsoft Excel & sistem ERP (SAP/Accurate/Oracle) menjadi nilai plus.
- Teliti dan memiliki kemampuan organisasi yang baik.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik.
