- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
- Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and outreach.
- Develop and present business proposals to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
- Track sales performance and report on progress towards business development goals.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior/Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Min. 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, interior designer or a related role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Autocad & Sketch Up
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English (both writing & spoken)
