Job Description
We are currently hiring Full-time Real Estate Salespersons for DMCI Homes. This is your chance to join the country's leading and first Quadruple A developer and watch how this opportunity open doors for you.
As a Real Estate Salesperson, you will:
- undergo in-house foundation training to learn more abou the company and what products we offer.
- market all projects / inventory of DMCI Homes (ready for occupancy and pre-developed located all over Metro Manila).
- meet with clients and present DMCI Homes projects to them whether it be for end-use or investment purposes.
- act as the client's professional consultant when it comes to their investment with DMCI Homes.
Some of the Perks and Benefits:
- Monthly allowance is performance based and starts at Php 12,000 up;
- 3% commission for a unit or parking sale, advance commission for every unit and parking slot reservation;
- Cross selling is allowed with full credit and commission.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Based in Metro Manila;
