Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Accuracy of Billing data
- On-time generation and of printing of billing documents
- Check completeness of billing attachments
- On-time and accurate preparation of billing transmittal
- Accuracy of collection details
- Strict monitoring and follow-ups of billing due dates for on-time collection
- Availability of records
- Assist in the coordination of billing and collection disputes
- Transmit monthly sales summary/invoices
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance or any related
- Has knowledge in several MS office application
- Has at least experience in Billing & Collection
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication, keen to details and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
