Job Description

  • Menerima & merespons keluhan pelanggan melalui telepon, email, dan WhatsApp.
  • Melakukan 1st level troubleshooting terhadap gangguan layanan.
  • Memantau berbagai network monitoring tools (WUG, PRTG, RMM, SSTOB, CACTI, dll).
  • Mencatat, memperbarui, dan menutup log gangguan pada sistem NPR.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan pengelola ATM, cabang, partner jaringan, serta tim internal.
  • Melakukan eskalasi ke NOC (2nd Level) atau Service Delivery (3rd Level) sesuai kebutuhan.
  • Memantau progres Trouble Ticket dan memberikan update ke customer.
  • Melakukan checklist periodik pada sistem monitoring & link backhaul.
  • Menyusun daily report, termasuk penanganan gangguan massal (gamas).

Minimum Qualifications

  • Pendidikan minimal SMK dari jurusan terkait.
  • Pengalaman dalam Customer Handling atau posisi Helpdesk/Support.
  • Menguasai sistem monitoring jaringan (PRTG, WUG, CACTI, RMM, dll).
  • Memahami dasar troubleshooting jaringan dan penggunaan Trouble Ticketing System (NPR).
  • Komunikatif, detail, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja dalam tekanan.
