Job Description:
This role focuses on managing and resolving Accrual disputes filed to Amazon through Vendor Central. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately filing disputes, monitoring ongoing disputes, and ensuring timely resolutions to recover revenue.
Minimum Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Review Accrual disputes raised by Amazon through Vendor Central.
- File accurate and well-documented disputes through Amazon Vendor Central.
- Monitor the status of disputed cases and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Track and document resolutions, rejections, and approvals.
- Re-dispute disputes if necessary, using additional documentation or clarification.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with Amazon Vendor Central (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for tracking.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple ongoing cases.
