- Installation and Deployment: Deploying IT Service Management (ITSM), Microsoft Power Applications, Microsoft Solutions, Identity Access Management (IAM), and Microsoft IT Solutions to our customers and clients.
- Design and Implementation: Designing and implementing Microsoft Power Applications, Microsoft Solutions, ITSM, IAM, and Microsoft IT Solutions tailored to meet our customers' needs and specifications.
- Product Presentations: Conducting product and functional presentations to customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our solutions.
- Pre/Post-Sales Support: Providing comprehensive post-sales support to customers, addressing any technical issues or concerns they may encounter after deployment.
- Business Analysis: Performing business analysis functions for deployment projects, ensuring that the solutions align with the customers' business objectives and requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Good experience in installing, deploying, and supporting ITSM, IAM, and Microsoft PowerApps IT Solutions.
- Familiarity and/or experience with ITSM tools and technologies.
- Knowledgeable in web technologies and databases (MySQL, MS SQL).
- Good technical understanding of ITSM, Microsoft IT Solutions, and Microsoft Application is preferred
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
